VETERINARY CARE FUND
Currently we utilize the services of Arenac Bay Veterinary Services. Any shelter
animal that is in need of medical care is seen and treated at this clinic by Dr.
Ron Schwab. If you would like to make a donation to help the animals that need
care please contact the clinic at 989-846-9881 and ask them to apply your
donation to the animal care and control fund. Your donation will directly help
homeless animals get the medical care they need, so they can be helped and
eventually placed up for adoption.
Please contact the shelter at 989-846-4421 if you have additional questions
regarding donations. Remember your donation is tax deductable and it goes
into the 'animal welfare fund' where it stays until used. Donations to Animal
Control do not go into the county general fund, therefore they can be used to
directly benefit the animals.
